A large percentage of chemically addicted individuals (estimates as high as 30%) are also addicted to gambling. The following videos can be useful, in training of staff and educational groups, for clients, families and the general public. If you are an EAP, this presentation would be a tool for your client to take home and watch with their spouse. 1. Effects of Compulsive Gambling on the Marriage This video will follow the stages of progression of both the gambler and the spouse. Through personal sharing, viewers will experience, first hand, the devastation of compulsive gambling on a martial relationship as the spiral of gambling addiction impacts on every aspect of their lives. 2. From the point of helplessness and hopelessness, to 25 years of recovery, viewers will be led though various changes that lead from personal recovery to the healing of a marriage.
